To insert the table of contents into chapter body:

  1. Select the Service/Insert TOC menu item or press Shift+Ctrl+T.
  2. Select first chapter and interval between subsequent ID.
  3. Select chapters to be inserted: all or specific chapter only.
  4. If you want to insert all subchapters, mark the Including all subchapters checkbox.
  5. Select the color of links for the table of contents.
  6. Press OK.
