Applying the Question Properties to Selected Questions


You can easily apply any question's properties to other questions. The procedure is as follows:

  • Click the source question
  • Hold the Ctrl key and click the target question(s)
  • Press the Shift+Ctrl+F8 combination or select the Question|Apply properties to the selected questions menu item.


Use the options window to specify the properties that will be applied.

  • Possible answers
  • The number of points awarded for each answer
  • Font formatting
  • Number of answers
  • Correct/erroneous answer
  • Question type
  • Question topic
